Weekly Top 5 Blogging Good Reads

blogging good reads

Before I began blogging, I had a collection of my favourite blogs I would turn to for advice, entertainment and reassurance. Since becoming a blogger myself the blogs I now read has vastly grown. I now read more blogs than I ever did before and on a more regular basis.

This post is celebrating the wonderful blogs in the world. Each week I choose my top 5 posts that I loved and think you would love too.

If you regularly read my blog you will know that I have a big addiction to chocolate. It has it’s own spot on my Happy list every week. So it won’t come as a surprise to you that my first weekly top 5 blogging goods reads will be focused on the world of chocolate.

Here is what I have read:

What the Redhead said written by Donna was a blog I would read regularly before I became a blogger myself. I still love reading Donna’s blog post on a daily basis. Donna recently wrote about her love for curly wurlys and how they help her with weight watchers. I for one love curly wurlys and also use them when loosing weight. Who knew a curly wurly would make a great post?

Then we have Cathryn from Little Paper Swans. She is a food blogger and has plenty of lovely chocolate recipes to choose from. My favourite being the Salted Caramel Millionaires Shortbread.

mum in a tutu

That brings us on to a recipe from Katie at Mummy in a tutu. She posted a wonderful recipe great for the kids on how to make Unicorn Poop. I could so imagine a unicorn actually pooping in her kitchen – but there is a chance I may be insane and in fairy land.

Super-Busy-2If you read my blog regularly then you will know that not only am I a chocoholic but I also love Christmas. But let’s face it, the chocolate yule log is just a fancy swiss roll. Debs over at Super Busy Mum gives us her recipe for a Summer twist on a Christmas treat.

And then there is Jenny over at Mummy Mishaps. I have read her blog for a while now and she creates the most amazing cakes. I love baking cakes and Jenny is an inspiration. I love banana bread, but I don’t normally add anything else different to it. Jenny’s recipe for cherry& dark chocolate banana loaf looks heavenly and I will definitely be trying it the next time I make banana bread.
I Love joining in with Linky parties. These are the ones I join in regularly. Pop by and join us...
